As many as you have respondents. Each interview is a separate session. Thirty people on thirty schedules over three days is normal. The upper limit is your participant pool.
Either way works. By default, responses are attributed to named participants who consent upfront. Anonymous and aggregate-only modes are supported too and can be switched on per engagement. The implementation is fast.
The voice engine supports the major European languages natively (Finnish, Swedish, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian). Report generation can be produced in any language you prefer.
