Visma Sign was a functional but limited e-signing tool serving the Finnish market. They needed to evolve into a product that could compete across all Nordic markets, but lacked the design capability and strategic direction to make that leap. The product experience didn't match their ambitions.

The outcome

Visma Sign grew to become the #1 electronic signature product in the Nordics, used by over 50,000 organizations and 2 million signers. The long-term embedded partnership model meant design quality improved steadily over three years, and the internal team was equipped to continue the work independently.
